How far do you travel?
Anywhere your wedding takes us! If it's more than 3 hours away from Palm springs, CA, there would be a travel cost. We also fly out of state!
Where are you located?
We are located in the west coast, SoCal area in Palm Springs! We service all over LA, OC, San Diego and can even travel to where ever your event is!
What Makes this different from an audio guestbook?
With video, you’ll see guests’ expressions, hear their laughter, and feel their energy—it’s much more personal!
How long does setup take?
Setup is quick! We’ll have everything ready before your guests arrive or before cocktail hour is ready!
How many people can leave a message?
As many as you’d like! Guests can record one by one or in groups throughout the event.
Will someone be there to help?
Either myself or a team member will set it up. It is fully self-operated, but we’ll make sure it’s all ready to go and easy for guests to use.
When do I receive the highlight video?
Typically you'll receive the full highlight reel of your guests 1-2 weeks after your wedding or sooner, depending on busy season.
Is there a recording limit?
Yes there will be a limit of 60 seconds. Long enough to be short and sweet! 😆
Does it take photos as well?
Because of the professional lighting it has, you and your guests can take amazing selfies just before recording a message!
Can we make a downpayment to hold the reservation?
Unfortunately, we require full payment upon booking.
What if you don't show up to my wedding after we've booked and paid?
You are 100% refunded the full amount! But before payment, you are sent a contract that you must read and sign. This is in place to protect and give you confidence in booking with us!
What if we want more hours?
At checkout, there will be options to add more hours! You can also request more hours the day of your wedding as well and we will just bill you the following day.
